Pizza Dough

You cannot leave home without mastering a few recipes.
Let's start with pizza dough.
Who knows? Maybe you could make and sell a few in your dorm...

Pizza Dough

Ingredients:
1 Cup warm water
1 Tbsp Yeast (Buy larger quantity and store in fridge)
1 Tbsp oil
1 tsp sugar
2 1/2 cups flour (Store in fridge, or dark cool cupboard)
1 tsp salt

Combine water, yeast, oil, and sugar and set aside for 5-10 minutes. Top of liquid gets cloudy and foamy.
Add 2 cups of flour and salt.
Knead with hands. Add up to 1/2 cup more flour until dough is barely sticky.
Knead 5 minutes.
Add 1 Tbsp oil to pizza pan or cookie sheet.
Roll dough on pan to desired thickness. (If you do not have rolling pin you can use your hands, a glass bottle, or can).
Add Toppings.

Bake at 420 degrees for 20-30 minutes (depending on how crispy you want it)
