Money and Food

Food is necessary.
Hunger is powerful. It can cause you to compromise your plans and schedule simply to satisfy a craving.
The best way to avoid unnecessary food spending is to plan ahead.
Carry an emergency snack pack for those unexpected delays.

Great Emergency Snacks:
Water, Almonds, peanuts, raisins, granola, bars

If you plan ahead that $5 bill will not disappear.
